Sale-a-brate with Royalty

Welcome to InKing Royalty’s January Blog Hop! We are having so much fun with our new Sale-a-Bration products and are excited to share some of that fun with you today. This month’s projects feature papers or stamp sets (or both!) from Stampin’ Up!’s January – February 2022 Sale-a-Bration brochure. After you read my post, I hope you’ll hop over to the next person on the list at the base of this post.

Isn’t this DSP the most fun? It is one of the products that’s free with a $50 purchase from the Sale-a-bration catalog. I just love all the happy colors and the rainbow images. My card base is Magenta Madness & on top is another Magenta Madness piece embossed with the Tasteful Textures EF.

Using my rectangle postage punch, I punch out the little rainbow and sun from the DSP. The Misty Moonlight background DSP is mounted on Crushed Curry card stock.

For my sentiment, I chose “Thanks for Brightening up my day”. This is from “Special Moments” stamp set also from the Sale-a-bration catalog (free with a $100 purchase). Check it- the entire set is sentiments in fabulous fonts for all kinds of occasions (or no occasion at all like “hang in there”, “just a little hi from me”, “thinking of you” and ‘Hello sunshine which would work great with this DSP too.

My sentiment is stamped in Misty Moonlight on Crushed Curry and mounted off the bottom edge of a Mango Melody panel. I cut two narrow pieces of DSP in Mango Melody and mounted across the sentiment panel across the bottom & extending past the edges. Last I added three small Pale Papaya Loose Flowers along the edge which are from our Annual Catalog.

Here’s one more look.

Thank you for stopping by today.  I hope you’ll hop along to the next stop on the blog hop, Sheryl Abernathy at Elegant Sentiments. There’s lots of inspiration to be found in this group – and you don’t want to miss it!

  1. I love puzzles an that’s what I think of with all the different shapes combined to “fit” the card. Awesome, just like Brian requires, lol.

  2. Super fun and creative! You and I both used almost the exact same products on our cards….it really shows how versatile this paper is! You certainly brightened my day with this amazing card!
