Hi friends! I hope you are doing well & haven’t been hit too badly by this winter storm. In our little St. Louis suburb, we got 11.5 inches. We rarely get more than 4 inches. True story: my first winter in STL, we had a huge storm- 14 inches.

My card today was made for a “members only” Royal Inking Team challenge to be inspired by winter, sports, winter sports, patriotism, travel…tie it to The Olympics.

Well, I’ve stretched it a bit with my card. I really needed a sympathy card- unfortunately. And like many of you, my stash is completely diminished. So my layout with the snow hill (in Shimmery White card stock) represents the Winter Ski Games.

I just love this sentiment! “Sheltering you with love when words fall short” can be for just about any hardship, not just sympathy.
