Greetings! Lucky me, I had a chance to play in the studio this morning; here’s what I made. Yeah- Happy Satur-Yay!

I always love playing challenges so I chose the Global Design Project 332 to case the card below by Kim Fee.

First I embossed a Basic White panel using the Pretty Flowers EF. Then using our Blending Brushes, I added Mango Melody ink especially on the larger embossed flowers.

The floral image from Shaded Summer is stamped in Crumb Cake & die cut with the coordinating dies from a previous SAB. (Now retired). Using a blender pen, I colored the flower white space with Mango Melody & the leaves with Mint Macaroon.
The floral image was mounted on Paper Lattice just like Kim’s card. My ribbon is Very Vanilla Scalloped Lace trim & tied the Crumb Cake Bakers Twine from the Essentials pack.

I changed the orientation & mounted the entire panel on Crumb Cake card stock. I didn’t add a sentiment on the front so I can decide later on the occasion (bday, thinking of you, etc.) & I’ll stamp on the inside.
I hope you had a great Saturday! Thanks for stopping! Marilyn (aka MJ)
