Happy Monday friends!
I’m over the top excited for one of our very best friends- she retired on Friday. Big party at a Mexican restaurant where we decorated with balloons, banners & even had blinky button for the reitree. So much fun! And looking forward to spending more time with her.
Here is the card that I created.
Love this LOL sentiment on the inside.
For the card, I used a Crumb Cake base with a layer of Flirty Flamingo and then a layer with the (fabulous) Pattern Party DSP. I used my Stamp-a-ratus to stamp the lady twice onto Crumb Cake with Momento ink. Double inking & stamping makes for a more prominent image.
Next I used one of the Shape dies from the Seasonal Labels dies & then colored the image using my Stampin’ Write Markers.
Again, using my Stamp-a-ratus, I stamped the sentiment on the front using a scrap of Flirty Flamingo card stock. Then I cut it up & adhered using my Tombow Liquid glue. Since the sentiment is about “up & down”, I wanted to create that feeling by angling the words. Pearl rounds were added for a bit of pop.
I decorated the inside & envelope with the Hostess gift DSP called Pattern Party- so colorful on one side & black & white on the opposite side in this huge 48 page pack.
I hope you like it!
Have a great Monday, Friends!
